Radio Iranian Finland (iranian.fi) respects your privacy. This page explains, simply and transparently, what we measure, why, and what choices you have.

1. Who we are

iranian.fi is a Persian radio and music library for Iranians in Finland and the diaspora. We are the controller responsible for processing this site’s data.

2. What we collect

To understand how much and how the site is used, we collect anonymous statistics:

• which part of the radio (standard or VIP) and which page was viewed
• device type (mobile / desktop / tablet) and the referring site (e.g. Google)
• country, computed from your IP address; the IP itself is not stored and is deleted within a few minutes once the country is determined
• track plays (which track was played how many times)

If you click “Accept”, an anonymous analytics cookie is also stored to count unique and returning visitors. This cookie contains no name, email or any identifying information. Details in our Cookie Policy.

3. What we do not collect

We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers or any sensitive data for statistics. There are no third-party advertisers or tracking tools (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel) on the site. All statistics stay on our own server.

4. Legal basis

We process aggregate, anonymous statistics on the basis of legitimate interest (audience measurement and improving the service). The analytics cookie is stored only with your consent.

5. Data retention

Raw visit data is kept for at most 90 days; after that, only anonymous daily summaries (visit counts and the like) remain for long-term trends.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your data and do not share it with any company or third party.

7. Your rights

Under EU regulations (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent. Because our statistics are anonymous, we usually cannot attribute any data to you personally; to withdraw consent, simply click “Decline” in the bar or clear the site’s cookies in your browser.
